New Video: DTheLyricisT – ‘NinjaTurtleGreenTeaBag’

Flint Michigan native DTheLyricisT, made his presence felt in different rap battles as a young lad in training. Early on many took notice and expressed interest in the talented and determine neophyte. The musical presence of his father, a multi-instrumentalist and producer ignited a love and appreciation for the music that quickly became known as the ‘Motown Sound’, coming up out of Detroit.

As the Motown sound of his father’s era ushered in a new more youthful sound that resonated with the younger generation, the culture of hip-hop was giving birth to a movement that spoke for the struggling class that vowed not to be forgotten.

Approximately 68 miles away in Flint, Michigan, newcomer DTheLyricisT became immerse in the culture and earned the title as ‘best lyricist’ in his hometown. Now Flint, is no longer known as ‘Vehicle City’ or just the birthplace of General Motors, it has musical ties to some of the greats.

Fast forward several year, DTheLyricisT musical adventures took him to the mecca of the south (Atlanta), that he now calls home. Currently, DTheLyricsT is putting the final touch on his forthcoming project and most recently he released the musical visual to NinjaTurtleGreenTeaBag.
